PROCESS?

  • During an on-site consultation, we delve into project requirements, client needs, vision, and discuss timelines and budget considerations.

  • Upon engagement, Belyn Studio initiates the design phase, presenting mood boards, layouts, and inspirational concepts to the client for approval.

  • Following design approval, detailed plans and procurement commence. Clear floor plans and elevations guide all construction trades, while meticulous material management ensures seamless progress, minimizing delays.

  • If opting for Belyn's expertise in furniture and decor selection, this phase begins once floorplans have been approved and construction has begun. Room-by-room presentations of furniture selections are made, with items ordered and stored for installation upon project completion.

  • The final step in achieving a move-in ready home. We meticulously place furniture, making adjustments as necessary to optimize space. Our team handles the unpacking, styling, and arrangement of decor, ensuring your home is completely move in ready upon arrival.
